Am I able to return products I’ve order?
Yes, you have 30 days to return your purchase from the day you receive it. Any products returned have to be unused and in its original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee per item returned. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges made for returns. This will be your responsibility. We are not responsible for any lost package during the return process, so we recommend using a shipping method that has a tracking number.
Will my refund be the full amount I’ve purchase it for?
If it’s a return item, we will inspect it to make sure it’s unused and in it’s original packaging before we determine the refund amount. If you place an order and decide to cancel it before ship it out, you will receive most of your refund back. Because Paypal charge us a non-refundable fee for every transaction made, we absorb the non-refundable fee for every payment we receive even if we issue a refund. Due to the nature of this Paypal policy, we would issue your refund back minus the fees that Paypal charge us. The refund will be the total price minus a 2.9%+$.30.

When will I get my refund?
A refund will be made once we receive and inspect the product. Refund may be full or partial depending on the condition the product is receive (this doesn’t include the restocking fee). Please allow 7 days for a refund once we approve the return.
